Delivery times

We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible after receipt but sometimes this will not be achievable.  All books will in any case be sent out within 30 days.  Please bear with us.  We are a small Press with few staff!

If you’re purchasing your book as a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact us first to make sure this is possible.  We are happy to gift wrap if you would like us to and add a note.

Cancelling your order

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the payment etc. If your item(s) has/have already shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We are happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to us in perfect condition. We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once we have received the product (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an exchange or a full refund of the product value (excluding packing and shipping). We would request that you return the product(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt.
